Download Free Anti Spyware & Anti VirusTools
There are many tools available to you on the Internet, free of charge that can help you maintain your computers performance. And although we do not recomment relying solely on the freebies that are out there, they do provide a good place to start in determining which software package is your more immidiate need.
Please note that ALL machines need to be protected against both SpyWare and Virus infection. We have found that many "dual" task programs do not truly protect against both well.

Did you know that a clogged dryer vent could cause a fire? The Lint Alert dryer vent alarm is designed to protect your family and alert you when your dryer vent is restricted.
Protect your family from dryer fires for about 1 penny per day!
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reports that there are an estimated 15,500 fires associated with dryers annually.
This dryer vent alarm can be used on any brand dryer. The Lint Alert dryer vent alarm easily fits onto the back of your dryer and monitors your dryer’s airflow performance. If your dryer airflow performance drops below a safe level, the DrySafer dryer vent alarm will send out a warning signal alerting you to a potential problem in your dryer venting system.
Today, many newer homes tend to have dryers located away from an outside wall: in bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and hall closets. This results in longer dryer venting pipes hidden in walls and ceilings. This design increases the risk of lint accumulations inside areas that are inaccessible. The dryer has to work harder to force the air up the wall, across the ceiling to the outside exhaust hood. With Lint Alert, lint accumulations are detected before a potential disaster can occur.
No special skills are required to install this alarm. In fact, it is designed to be installed by homeowners and comes with complete instructions.
How does the Lint Alert dryer vent alarm work?
DrySafer Dryer Vent Alarm is made of two components; an Airflow Sensor connected by a communication cord to an Alarm Module. The Airflow Sensor monitors the flow of air in your dryer duct system, while the Alarm Module houses the electronics and communications system.
The DrySafer Airflow Sensor attaches to the back of your dryer exhaust pipe and monitors the airflow out of your dryer. If an obstruction in the vent line is detected, the Airflow Sensor will monitor the restricted airflow for a period of one minute. If the obstruction is not cleared in that time period, the Airflow Sensor will alert the Alarm Module and a warning signal will sound.
When an obstruction builds up in the vent line to the point that it reduces the forward airflow, back pressure is produced. This back pressure continues to build up until the Airflow Sensor responds. The Airflow Sensor then sends a signal to the Alarm Module to sound the alarm. A series of audible tones along with visual blinking LED will signal ten beeps and blinks, followed by a 60-second delay. This will repeat until the reset button is pushed or the blockage is removed.
Since the average life of a dryer is 15 years installing this dryer vent alarm will cost about 1 Penny per day.
